A while ago, Glamour Magazine came out with the Snob Diet. It's been on my mind for a while, and now I'm going to go for it! Here's a blog review for those who want to know what's up. I didn't write it, and yes there are only a handful of rules you need to follow.
- Choose high-quality food
- Enjoy that food
- Don’t deny cravings
- If it’s not truly delicious, don’t eat it
I think this is well suited for Gyaru like us. Because of the stigma of beautiful clothing and Brand being necessary, we diet. We try to whip our bodies into shape according to the so called health professionals, only to be munching on a macaroon or a jumbo cookie and relapsing.
